Intensive Russian
Intensive Russian rapidly improves students' ability to speak and understand Russian by immersing them in active communication from the very first lesson. The large number of hours spent in the classroom (from 3 to 5 academic hours every day) means that students reach fluency in the minimum possible amount of time. The course is based on the main principle of intensive language instruction: a gradual but continual increase in the level of difficulty, with emphasis on mastering the most common constructions. An in-depth understanding of grammar and a wide active vocabulary are developed via structured learning and verbal drills. Students are also encouraged to read un-adapted Russian texts and develop their written Russian. Detailed course descriptions for each level are available upon request.

Conversational Russian
Conversational Russian includes much of the same core language tuition of the General Russian course, but has a particular focus on the oral and aural elements of Russian. Language Link's teachers involve students in discussions and dialogues from the very first class, to build their confidence and fluency. It is thus ideal for those who wish to quickly master the practical communication skills vital for their stay in Russia. Although the course emphasizes the spoken word, correct grammatical constructions and writing skills are also studied in the context of conversational topics, and students learn about Russian customs, traditions and etiquette.
